KAY/O Attack Flash Lineups

While attacking is often dependent on the duelists, you as a flasher initiator play a key role in the efficiency of their entry. To maximize the chances of you winning a round, use these lineups that will take any enemy by surprise with an instant blind that’ll easen your way into any site:

When attacking on A site Haven, you might be easily overwhelmed by the multitude of angles that you could get peeked from. As there’s back site, Heaven, Graffiti and more. This flash will cover most if not all of these areas making your job to enter a lot easier and more comfortable.

To do it, come over on A long after you have cleared it to where you have line of sight to the smoke such as so. And then, aim at that point of it, simply jump and throw your flash.

The second lineup on A site will be perfect to use if you’re coming up to site from Short. Especially on occasions where you know the enemy team to always assign a player around that area as a judge or somebody sneaking around the corner can change the entire outcome of the round.

To do it, come up to this corner on A short and then aim at that spot of this orange little square on the wall then throw your flash. This will bounce off and quickly pop in the enemy’s screen making it hard to dodge.

Moving over to B site, this flash is strictly used for your duelist to fast entry into back site of B. While this may be situational, often times this is the plan that you will need to go by, as it’s FNATIC’s main strategy to hitting B site.

Stand anywhere around this area, make sure you’re not too close to site, and aim at that ping (just as in the picture) then throw your flash. It will be an instant pop into back site making it perfect for your duelists entering.

Towards C site, you will definitely need to take control of Garage as hitting as a 5 man from B long might be too challenging hence splitting into garage is important. This flash will instantly pop in the enemy’s screen if they’re playing anywhere in Garage giving you an easy way in.

To do it, come over to around this area on Grass and aim your crosshair just a little over the door towards the middle, then simply send your flash in for your teammates to peek right as it pops.

Coming to C site itself, this flash from Cubby lands from a very high ground, being an unexpected and instant flash it will most likely catch anyone on site off guard. As long as enemies aren’t tucked close to corners, this will definitely cover them.

To do it, come over to cubby and aim your crosshair right at that spot (edge of the rocks in the sky), and then simply jump and throw your flash.

KAY/O Defense Flash Lineups

In defense, it may not seem like you would be utilizing your flashes as much as you normally do, but the fact is you still can make a game-changing difference as you assist your duelist to push up and take space with these lineups. The best form of defense, is offense, which puts you at a huge advantage as a flasher:

If you’re planning on peeking early on the round at A, this might be the best lineup to use as it will allow you to comfortably peek anyone on A lobby towards long and possibly get a few picks.

All you need to do is head over to this corner with a few steps off the wall just so you have line of sight just as in the picture, then throw your flash and have your teammate peek accordingly.

On C site, this flash will take anyone by surprise. It comes from an unexpected spot and instantly pops covering all of C lobby and the gateway to it, giving you the perfect opportunity to combine it with a stun or any other utility and push the enemies.

To do it, come over to this corner right in front of default, and aim your crosshair at that spot of the leaves then make sure you run forward (until your crosshair meets the red line) and then jump throw your flash.

Pro Tips:

  • All of these flash lineups are done using a left-click throw, as it blinds enemies for much longer and is much more impactful than a right click which narrows down your options.
  • Make sure to practice these lineups in a custom game before you head to a real match as you need to make sure you memorized each correctly and avoid any conflict.
