GTA 6 Netflix Leak Suggests Extended Look Could Be Three Episodes

GTA 6 fans may be getting much more than a traditional trailer when Rockstar Games brings its Extended Look presentation to Netflix.
A potential leak suggests the upcoming special could be divided into three episodes, giving viewers more than an hour of GTA 6 footage and information. However, neither Rockstar Games nor Netflix has confirmed that the listings are genuine.
According to Insider Gaming, a Reddit user discovered what appeared to be three episode placeholders on the Portuguese version of GTA 6’s Netflix page.

The listed runtimes were 23 minutes and 37 seconds, 24 minutes and 41 seconds, and 18 minutes and 29 seconds. Together, the three episodes would run for approximately 66 minutes and 47 seconds.
If accurate, this would make the Extended Look considerably larger than Rockstar’s usual trailer releases and potentially offer the most detailed look at GTA 6 so far.
GTA 6 Netflix Episode Listings Have Disappeared
The reported episode information was later removed. Netflix’s current GTA 6 page does not display any runtimes or confirm how many episodes the presentation will contain.
For that reason, the leak should be treated cautiously. The original listings could have been temporary placeholders, an internal website error, or information that was changed before the page was finalized.
There is also no independent confirmation that the screenshot accurately represented Netflix’s page.
Rockstar, Take-Two Interactive, and Netflix have not announced that the GTA 6 Extended Look will be released as a three-part series.
Still, the possibility would fit with Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick’s recent comments about the scale of GTA 6’s upcoming marketing campaign.
Take-Two Says the Netflix Special Is Only the Beginning
Zelnick previously described the Netflix presentation as just “one of the hors d’oeuvres” Rockstar has prepared ahead of GTA 6’s release.
“There’s appetizers, main course and dessert to follow,” the executive said, suggesting that the Extended Look will be followed by several other major reveals.
He also said the Netflix special will “feel like a show” and encouraged people to watch it, including those who may not already plan to purchase GTA 6 at launch.
His comments do not verify the three reported episodes, nor do they confirm that Rockstar’s future announcements will also appear on Netflix. They do, however, indicate that the company is planning a much larger promotional campaign before GTA 6 arrives.
When Is the GTA 6 Extended Look on Netflix?
The GTA 6 Extended Look is scheduled to premiere on Netflix at 3 pm ET on August 27. Rockstar will then release it on its official YouTube channel and the GTA 6 website six hours later at 9 pm ET.
GTA 6 is set to launch for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S on November 19, 2026, with both Standard and Ultimate editions available.
Until Netflix or Rockstar confirms the format, fans should not assume that three full episodes are guaranteed.
