Organization CEO Receives Backlash Over This

100 Thieves is one of better teams in the current pool of VCT Americas, although that is the case, they did not manage to win or be at the expectations they're met with considering they have top players and staff. 

This issue, is common within Esports, while the industry is results-oriented, teams need time and proper circumstances before they break in and perform to their best. 

Here in this tweet, Nadeshot the CEO of the organization expressed frustrations and said that there must be solutions as he feels the team is cruising in the same place. 

People had mixed opionions on this tweet, as they sensed this could create a sense of fear within the team which will hold them back further. Others thought that this could be a motivation to keep going. 

This tweet particularly, talking about how "insane" it is to see your boss tweeting this after having a rough match against one of the best teams in the region, and still putting up a great fight. 

Nadeshot Addresses The Tweet

Later on, Nadeshot went on to stream and address more to what he felt, so he added: 

"I don't know if my frustration is with our team... I think a lot of the frustration is with the format."

"Our last VCT sanctioned match was July 19th 2024... that's 191 days ago. Its been 191 days since we watched our VALORANT team compete in the VCT... I think the format is an issue, regardless if we lost I still believe that."

"Even if we were winning, I still think the format is in a really weird place and I was hoping that it would get fixed over the years but it just hasn't yet."
