Valorant players aren’t too happy about the rumored price of the new VCT Karambit knife coming in the 2025 Season Capsule.
For a while now, Riot Games has been releasing special bundles in Valorant to let players support the competitive scene. Each year, the Valorant Champions event gets a new capsule, and last year, they introduced team bundles.
With 2025 here, Riot has unveiled the latest bundle—the 2025 Season Capsule. Instead of supporting individual teams, the earnings from this bundle will be shared among all international leagues.
Leaked VCT Karambit Price is Shocking
The knife is set to be available on February 6, but leaks suggest it will cost 5440 VP. Many players feel that’s way too expensive.
“54€ for one knife is just crazy hahaha. Valorant skins are getting out of hand. For that price, I could actually get a cheap CS knife,” one player said.
Is the New Capsule a Step Down?
A few players feel like this bundle isn’t as exciting as the one released in 2023, calling it a “downgrade.”
The 2025 Season Capsule will only be available for a limited time, from February 6 to March 2, which marks the end of Masters Bangkok. Since the earnings are being split between international leagues, it’s unlikely Riot will offer any discounts.
