VALORANT Champions 2026 Ticket Details Revealed

Riot Games has revealed the first venue and ticket information for VALORANT Champions 2026 in Shanghai.

The tournament will begin at Jing’an Sports Center before moving to the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Pudong for Finals Weekend.

Tickets for the Group and Bracket Stage are scheduled to go on general sale on September 2 at 11:00 AM CST through MAISEAT for international fans.

Mastercard Holders Get Early Access

Eligible Mastercard cardholders outside Mainland China will receive priority access to Group and Bracket Stage tickets.

The priority purchase period will run from August 30 at 11:00 AM CST until September 1 at 11:00 AM CST.

Fans must enter the first eight digits of their Mastercard during the purchase process to confirm their eligibility. Payment must also be completed using a Mastercard.

Mastercard holders in Mainland China should purchase their tickets through Damai instead.

VALORANT Champions 2026 Ticket Prices

Ticket prices will depend on the chosen tier and whether the event takes place on a weekday or weekend.

Weekday Tickets

Weekday pricing applies to September 24, 29 and 30, as well as October 8, 9 and 10.

Weekend Tickets

Weekend pricing applies to September 25, 26 and 27, along with October 1, 2, 3, 4, 7 and 11.

Tier 1 Bundles are limited and only available to residents of China. Each bundle includes a VALORANT Championship Trophy Maglev Bluetooth Speaker, which will be delivered by express shipping.

Some Tier 1 ticket holders may also be selected to take part in the player walkout experience or post-match interviews.

Daily Event Schedule

Doors will open at 3:30 PM local time, followed by the pre-show countdown at 4:00 PM.

The pre-show will begin at 4:30 PM, with the main broadcast starting at 5:00 PM.

Tickets Use a Real-Name System

VALORANT Champions 2026 will operate under a strict real-name ticketing system.

International fans must use a valid passport when purchasing their tickets and bring the same original physical passport to the venue.

The personal information entered during the purchase must match the passport exactly. Entry will include identity verification and facial recognition, and anyone whose identity cannot be confirmed will not be admitted.

Tickets cannot be transferred or resold.

The same ID also cannot be used to purchase tickets for the same session through multiple official platforms. Duplicate purchases could result in the entire order being cancelled.

Ticket and Seating Limits

Each account can purchase up to four tickets per event, but every ticket must be connected to a different valid ID.

Borrowed, replaced or mismatched identification will not be accepted at the entrance.

Fans will not be able to choose their seats while purchasing tickets. Riot will attempt to place tickets from the same order together where possible.

Final seat information is expected to appear in the ticket wallet two to three days before the event.

Refund Rules

Tickets purchased through MAISEAT can be refunded during the official refund period, subject to a fee equal to 3.5% of the ticket’s face value.

Refund requests are expected to be accepted from September 2 at 11:00 AM CST until September 17 at 2:00 PM CST.

Fans can request a refund through MAISEAT customer service or by emailing service@mail.maiseat.com.

Approved refunds should return to the original payment method within five to ten business days, although processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Refunds apply to the complete order. Individual tickets within an order cannot be refunded separately.

Each account can use the refund process only once per event day. If someone buys tickets again for the same day after receiving a refund, the replacement tickets will no longer qualify for the standard refund process.

Refunds will generally not be available outside the official period unless the event is affected by circumstances outside the organizer’s control.

Rules for Children

Anyone younger than 14 must attend with an adult who is at least 18 years old.

Children under two can enter for free when accompanied by a parent or guardian. However, Riot warns that the event will feature loud audio, strobe lighting and other intense visual effects.

Re-Entry and Bag Rules

Fans can leave and re-enter the venue using the same ticket and ID presented during their first entry. Security screening will be required every time they return.

Visitors are encouraged to travel light, as Jing’an Sports Center will not provide storage or coat-check services.

Bags must fit underneath the attendee’s seat and cannot be larger than 16.5 inches wide, 20.5 inches tall and 5.5 inches deep.

Buggies and prams will not be allowed inside.

Food, Cameras and Prohibited Items

Outside food and drinks are prohibited, along with glass bottles, cups, thermoses, tumblers, ice packs and other breakable containers.

Professional cameras and cameras with interchangeable lenses are also banned. This includes detachable phone lenses, monopods, tripods, gimbals, flashes, selfie sticks, GoPros and handheld recording equipment.

Other prohibited items include:

• Flags, banners, signs and LED displays
• Musical instruments, horns, whistles and drums
• Laptops, tablets and computers
• Fireworks, laser pointers and lighters
• Weapons, ammunition and dangerous objects
• Drones and pets
• Inflatable or projectile objects
• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes and vaping devices

Unauthorized recording, livestreaming or broadcasting is not allowed.

Event staff may also refuse any item they consider unsafe, disruptive or a public safety risk.

Cosplay Is Allowed With Restrictions

Cosplay will be welcome, but costumes must follow rules connected to security and facial recognition.

Attendees must remain clearly recognizable. Face coverings and makeup that significantly changes a person’s appearance will not be allowed.

Costumes cannot be larger than 1.2 metres wide, 1.8 metres long and 2.4 metres tall. Props cannot exceed 0.3 metres in length.

Costumes must allow attendees to move safely, pass through security and sit without blocking nearby guests. Metal and wooden costumes are prohibited.

Weapons and weapon replicas of every kind are banned. This includes swords, guns, bows, bladed objects, air guns and props made from foam, plastic, Worbla or 3D-printed materials.

Liquids, gels, smoke effects, fire and explosives are also prohibited.

Final decisions regarding costumes and props will be made by local authorities, Riot Games and event security.

Broadcast and Visibility Notices

VALORANT Champions 2026 will be recorded and broadcast live.

By attending, fans agree that their image may appear in tournament coverage, broadcasts or promotional material used by Riot Games, its partners and affiliated companies.

Some seats may also have limited or partially blocked views because of the stage design, lighting, sound equipment, safety requirements or movement during the show.

The event will include flashing and strobe lights that may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy or other light sensitivities.

Riot Outlines Its Conduct Policy

Riot says harassment, bullying, threats, aggression and other disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

Anyone who violates the rules or creates a safety concern may be refused entry or removed from the venue. Removed guests may not receive a refund and could also be banned from future Riot events.
