Best Way To Play Tejo On Lotus

Here you will find everything you need to know about how to utilize Tejo’s abilities to the best extent possible. While Tejo is relatively new, there are many ways to achieve creative plays. We will take you through a guide of some of the better usages for Tejo’s abilities on Lotus:
Attacking Side
A Site
Usage: When attacking A, there are many angles to keep into consideration. You have back site, tree, drop and heaven. With heaven smoked, the 2 spots you would want to utilize with Tejo are back site and drop. You can optionally stun close, so that no one can peek you and then your duelists can free site for you.
B Site
Usage: Onto B site, this will be an amazing layout especially if you are planning to take control of Upper. When pushing B, you generally have to take control of an area, whether C link A link or Upper. If you don’t enemies will just retake through these angles way too easily. This helps you take site and push upper, you can alternate for C link.
C Site
Usage: Over to C, here you will use your abilities to take care of bend. Duelists, usually prioritize clearing that first. So all you have to do as an initiator is stun close, and deal damage/displace enemies on Bend. This ensures a smooth entry and very likely, a lot of assists!
Defending Side
A Site
Usage: Now onto the defending side, you will play a crucial role in delaying enemy push. Because if you don’t, especially when there’s no initiator on site with you, it’ll become harder to play defensive sides. Here in this particular layout, you will stun tree and try to slow the progress of those walking up on A main.
B Site
Usage: Often times on B, you can’t aggress except with set plays. You can do so by either using an ultimate on B main or just you normal utility, but for this setup you’re playing to delay enemy plant and deal damage right on then. You can always alternate position depending on where you hear steps.
C Site
Usage: Lastly on defending C site, it is hard for you cover C lobby with your abilities so here you will settle for dealing as much damage as you could as enemies walk up to site. Placing a stun towards water will help you stay safe from enemies that decide to push you.
Ultimates
A Site
Usage: For ultimates, you want to make sure you use your ultimate in a way that will put enemies in a very awkward position. So, say you are defending A site and enemies plant, this will be an amazing ultimate to displace or kill everyone on spot.
B Site
Usage: Here, it is best that you use your ultimate to take control of upper and C link. You can alternate if you want to push C link instead, but this layout seemed to work very well in higher elo lobbies. So if you want to try it, feel free!
C Site
Usage: Tejo on C site is weakest. That being said he still has a good ultimate that can clear a lot of space. So here, especially if you know there is a sentinel playing on site it would be a great idea to use your ultimate on Bend. This is because this is the common hideout for Sentinels like Cypher and Deadlock that need to play there to benefit from their abilities.
