VALORANT Brimstone Smokes on Pearl - Best Smokes and Strategies

Brimstone is one of the best controllers in VALORANT at the moment and utilizing him is easy but very important to every player at any skill level.

Setups - Attack

We will start with the attacking half which is very important for a smoker as you are responsible for allowing your team into site with the usage of your utility. These are the only smokes you need to perfectly execute sites on pearl:

B Full

Use this when you’re going for full site control. As you’re smoking off all external chokepoints that defenders may come from, then you need to fight for site completely. 

B Post Plant

This is an another way to smoke off B site but here your goal should be to get the plant down. As the smoke on halls acts like a temporary shield for the planter while you try to get the plant down and possibly play post plant with your molly

A Full Control

Attacking A site is fairly similar, for a basic smoke just point it on the main 3 pressure areas of the defenders. Art, Flowers, and Dugout. 

Extended Control

Another way to go about A is to smoke Art and Flowers but instead molly Dugout so you can kill anyone there and take control of that space. This is a safer way to go by but sometimes it’s harder to do.

Mid To B

This is how your smokes should look like if you’re going from Mid to B site, always remember that you can use your molly to hold off defenders from pushing up to you so in a case of fast execution it’s preferable you use it on Link to progress far enough into site without any interruptions 

Mid To A

From Mid To A all you have to do is smoke Flowers, Dugout, and Art Connector. Possibly consider mollying that too if you want to be extra safe or you can alternatively use your molly on Dugout if you’re sure.

Setups - Defense

For the defending side, just make sure you always utilize your molly on push. When attackers start putting pressure smoke the area they pressure and throw a molly to stop them from progressing into site. 

B Aggressive

This is one way of defending B site, it’s harder but it recalls for deep control. If you had a teammate with you and you plan to take deep control of B long this is a great way to allow yourself some room to walk up and take that space. 

B Default

The classical smoke of B site, place both around this deep in long to cover against the attackers and use your molly if you deem necessary.
