Are you a Sage main? Well, whether you are or not, this guide is going to elevate your gameplay in that agent. It may even lead you to pick her in your next ranked matches. Why you may ask? Simply because, we will show you some of the best Sage slow lineups on Bind

So let’s take you through some of the best lineups for both defense and attack helping you maximize your benefit from the agent’s ability kit:

Attack Side

A Site Backsite

This lineup will land on back site on A. While it may be easy to just walk up and throw it on top of trucks, that poses you to enemies which might get you in some trouble. However, the lineup lands on back site effectively.

To do it, come over to this corner at the beginning of the round and aim right above the bushes as shown in the picture.

B Site - Backsite

This lineup is nothing short of amazing. It lands on back site B, disallowing enemies from walking into site and even allowing for combo play which will score kills if combined with a Raze nade or something similar.

To do it, come by the fountain on B and aim your crosshair just as shown in the picture.

Defense Side

A Site - Bench

If you’ve ever tried retaking A site on Bind, how know how ANNOYING it must be to deal with bench, dices and showers. So here’s a slow to land, exactly right there!

To do it, come over to CT and find this flipped ladder, aim right on top of it and send your slow.

B Site Retake

This is a very common sense type of lineup. It is easy to do, quick, and most importantly, effective in your ranked games.

To do it, come on Elbow where you can see this window and make sure to bounce the slow off the top otherwise it will just fly across the map.

Sage Pro Tips

  • Sage is one of the oldest Sentinels in the game. While her kit is not set to watch flank, she is able to block choke points and give control to her team. So make sure you get the best out of it.

  • You have 2 slow orbs that you can use per round, make sure you don’t waste both of them at the same time as you should try to extend the duration of how long it stays as much as possible.

  • To get the best out of these lineups beware of the timing and situation you use it in. Do not use an attack lineup when your enemy is too far ahead or too far behind as this will defeat its purpose.

  • Make sure to pay attention for the sound after you slow an area, there is a sound que if players try to step through your slow and it can be a round winner difference to know that.

  • Remember that your slows do not deal any damage, so don’t try to use them for post plant as if they are mollies; a common mistake sage mains resort to.

  • Do not use your Sage wall to cover up flanks as this does more harm than good. It firstly stops you from being able to rotate in case you need to and secondly wastes the better usage of the wall on choke point.

  •  It is recommended to try the lineups given in a custom match to ensure you are able to do it properly before proceeding to a ranked match and potentially making some game-losing mistakes.
