The Best Yoru Teleports On Lotus
This will be the only guide you need on the best TP spots for Yoru on the map Lotus.
While Yoru has always been an underwhelming agent in the duelist role, many still believe that his abilities can open up room for creative and unstoppable plays.
Lotus is one of the overwhelming maps that require smart strategic ways to approach on both defensive and attacking sides. Uniquely, it is one of the few maps that allow duelists like Yoru to shine and frag out.

Whether you're a veteran player or just starting out, this guide will provide you with the knowledge to control and dominate your opponents with Yoru effectively. Get ready to take your gameplay to the next level!
Teleport Lineups - Attacking Side
While duelists are often associated with aggressive playstyles and flashy plays to open up sites and get entries, it might not be the case with all such as with Yoru. This agent leans more toward the deceiving playstyle; a mastermind of games and tricks to get to the desired goal. With your kit, you don’t want to just run in looking for aim duels, you rather create a play where your enemy is completely unable to react. We will show you the best set of plays to do on Yoru:
A Site:
In this setup you will teleport into the cubby that opposes A link. This aims to give you a strong off catch to enemies playing close as usually on A site defenders tend to play for more control and in a more aggressive manner. Combined with a flash against rubble, you should be able to make off a great play here.
Simply come into A main where you’re safe and aim at the wall just like the picture is showing. This will get to the desired location and you can then peek after all of the utility have been casted and then throw your flash against rubble.
If you’re planning to execute A site, this will be for you. You will aim to teleport into backsite with a flash against the wall to ensure you take defenders off guard. You can simply send the teleport from A long but you might want to get closer to teleport with your team execution and a flash on site.
Simply come up to this point on A long and aim just like so. This will get to the desired location and then preferably, take control of A tree where you can use the wall to flash against and execute the push.
Remember that the flashes shown in pictures are where you’re supposed to BOUNCE the flash from. Not where it should land!
B Site:
Attacking B site is a bit more complicated as defenders might have more control and tight spaces of that area. With this teleport you will be able to efficiently take a deep position to surprise defenders.
Come into the left corner of B where the door is linking to C site, and then look at this spot on the wall just as shown in the picture and then send your gatecrash (TP) and then walk up and flash against the wall before executing.
C Site:
Into C site, just come into the sand hill which is often easy and safe to take control of and then aim to teleport behind the boxes where sentinels usually play to hold site down. With a flash against the wall you can obtain a huge area of the site and make sure you entry as a yoru.
All you need to do is to come here where the hill is and then aim at this line on the wall, and then send your teleport. You might need to walk up before flashing but you will still be on the safer side regardless.
Teleport Lineups - Defending Side
Duelists don’t serve much compared to other roles on defense. Or do they? In a defensive side your job as a duelist is so to be the aggression firepower so you can still maintain pressure on the enemy whilst not overextending. With Yoru, you can be a flank machine and place unbelievable pressure as long as you use your utility the right way. Here’s how you can do that:
A Site:
Defending A site is tricky, there are many exits and in a map like lotus, one second they will be attacking A and the second they will be on B. Since there is no mid, the map is structured to allow for fast rotations and that’s why instantly flanking enemies can earn you a lot of impact and frags. By this setup you will be able to teleport into the corner where rubble is.
Just wait for the barriers to drop looking at rubbles just as shown in the picture then send your teleport. Before executing don’t forget to flash against the wall to confuse your enemies and possibly distract them of the teleport.
B Site:
Into defending B site, you will aim to teleport where the rotating door is but not get through it. This will allow you to have an instantly good positioning on the enemies attacking B site.
Simply head to this corner of the wall on B site CT and then send your teleport. It will get to the desired location and before you teleport don’t forget to use your flash for extra cover. Best part about this setup is that you will be able to fight off B main before going into site which might at least give you an edge leading pressure on the attackers.
C Site:
When attackers head to C site, it is best to hold pressure and as they execute back off or with a yoru, teleport to instantly get an insane flanking position on them. Combined with a flash on site, they might not doubt that you’re flanking or think that you just tped out to play for retake.
Simply stand here on top of site and look at this spot of the wall, most lineups aren’t pixel perfect but they can be sometimes so just follow the picture as much as possible. Send your teleport and it will get into CT and then execute when they’re committing to site. Use your flash anywhere against the wall as they progress into the site.
Pro Tip: For any of the setups above, you can always fake teleport if you just want to change your pace or confuse the enemies. Best done after you’ve already performed them once to make your enemies believe into the fake.
