Sentinels is one of the most well-known teams in Valorant esports, and new stats prove just how popular they have been over the years.

They’ve been part of Valorant since the beginning, building different rosters and winning two VCT Masters championships—one in 2021 and another at the start of 2024. 

Is Sentinels The Most Watched Team In Valorant?

No matter who was on the team, Sentinels has always had a strong fanbase. But according to new stats from EsportsCharts, they are actually the most popular Valorant team of all time.

For three years, they’ve stayed in the top five teams for average viewership—longer than any other team. The next four teams—DRX, Fnatic, Paper Rex, and LOUD—only managed two years in the top five combined.

Several other teams, like Heretics, TSM, Evil Geniuses, Liquid, Envy, OpTic Gaming, G2, 100 Thieves, and others, have made it into the top five for at least one year.

A big part of Sentinels’ success is having Tyson ‘TenZ’ Ngo, who is not only one of the best players in the game but also extremely popular.

With the 2025 Valorant season now underway, teams are preparing for VCT Masters Bangkok.

Sentinels will be looking to keep their top spot in viewership, but winning won’t be easy with strong teams like G2 and Vitality in the competition.
