Valorant Opens Donations To Help Ongoing Recuse Efforts In Bangkok

Recently, videos of a skyscraper coming down to crumbles in Bangkok, Thailand became trending. This affected many construction workers who are now missing under the building as it fell down. There are ongoing rescue efforts, but as with any similar situation, it is hard and costly.
Riot Helps The Cause
While this may not seem directly related to Riot or Valorant, in someway it is. The very last international LAN was hosted in Bangkok. Where everyone loved the crowd and sheer support for the game, players and Rioters.
Riot has always been down to do good gestures for the community, such as tributes to iconic or beloved members of the community. And now, they are trying to help the ongoing rescue efforts by opening the door of donations, alongside Riot's own efforts.
This gesture of good will shows Riot's dedication to its community through hardships and most importantly, it shows us that they care.
Surprisingly, there were many negative comments towards this matter. Many people shared the opinion that Valorant should help the cause itself, with the money they got from "Overpriced" in-game skins.
It is important to remember, this is not Riot asking you to donate on behalf of them; as they probably have done their part already. This is an opportunity for the community to help with whatever they can, if they want to.
