Riot to host Game Changers Championship in Berlin
The first global Game Changers event will take place this November in Berlin.
The best teams from six regions will fight for the first champion's title of Game Changers Championship. The LAN event will take place in Berlin, from 15-20 November. Earlier Riot Games held two LAN tournaments in the capital of Germany last year, Masters 3 and Champions. It's still unknown about the audience at the event.
Riot Games divide invites for VCT 2022: Stage 1 Masters in the following way:
- North America - 2
- Brazil - 1
- LATAM - 1
- EMEA - 3
- East Asia - 1
- APAC - 1
The organizers promised to provide additional information about the event later.
VCT Game Changers is a new program which will supplement the competitive season by creating new opportunities and exposure for women within VALORANT esports. The competitive VALORANT community is both diverse and incredibly global, and our esport should reflect that fact. Through Game Changers, we hope to build towards a VALORANT Champions Tour that is more inclusive and representative of our community.
