Best Sage Slow Lineups On Haven

Are you a Sage main? Well, whether you are or not, this guide is going to elevate your gameplay in that agent. It may even lead you to pick her in your next ranked matches. Why you may ask? Simply because, we will show you some of the best Sage slow lineups on Haven.
So let’s take you through some of the best lineups for both defense and attack helping you maximize your benefit from the agent’s ability kit:
Attack Side
A Site
This lineup will land on CT on A site. This makes it impossible for the enemy team to walk out of that area without consequences. Best part yet, you can do it from long while you’re completely safe.
To do that, you just have to come by this corner (next to the bricks) and aim your crosshair just as shown in the picture. Then, send off your slow!
C Site
If you want to attack C site, here we will use the same exact methodology. Getting your slow on C site, CT. It will land on, you guessed it, CT! And this will make it impossible for enemies to walk out enabling you to hold down garage and clear site more efficiently.
To do it, come over to this spot (the corner of C lobby) and aim your crosshair just as shown in the picture. This will be easy.
Defense Side
A Site
If you want to make it impossible for enemies to make it through your retake execution on A site, this is how to do it. It will land on default and make it impossible for anyone to leave that position for as long as it lasts.
To do it, come anywhere on A Link and aim your crosshair against the wall as shown. Then, throw your slow.
B Site
If you want to bother enemies on Mid, here’s how to do it. This slow lineup lands on window from back site B, it also goes down on the ledge making it hard for them to drop down.
To do it, come over to B back site anywhere towards the right and aim right under the circle on the wall. Then, send it off at the start of the round to assist a mid push.
C Site
If you want to do the same thing you did on A site, mollying default, here’s how you can do it and annoy the hell out of your enemies whilst at it as this combine well with teammate utility and execution towards C site.
To do it, come over to this corner outside Garage Window and aim your crosshair just next to this ledge as shown in the picture. Then, send it off!
Sage Pro Tips
- Sage is one of the oldest Sentinels in the game. While her kit is not set to watch flank, she is able to block choke points and give control to her team. So make sure you get the best out of it.
- You have 2 slow orbs that you can use per round, make sure you don’t waste both of them at the same time as you should try to extend the duration of how long it stays as much as possible.
- To get the best out of these lineups beware of the timing and situation you use it in. Do not use an attack lineup when your enemy is too far ahead or too far behind as this will defeat its purpose.
- Make sure to pay attention for the sound after you slow an area, there is a sound que if players try to step through your slow and it can be a round winner difference to know that.
- Remember that your slows do not deal any damage, so don’t try to use them for post plant as if they are mollies; a common mistake sage mains resort to.
- Do not use your Sage wall to cover up flanks as this does more harm than good. It firstly stops you from being able to rotate in case you need to and secondly wastes the better usage of the wall on choke point.
- It is recommended to try the lineups given in a custom match to ensure you are able to do it properly before proceeding to a ranked match and potentially making some game-losing mistakes.
