Hidden Neon Buff

Neon had a meta in where she was way too overpowered. Remember the time she had 2 slides, 0 inaccuracy while sliding? Yes, that was a thing. Although, she got nerfed, by having one of her slides taken and a "crouch walking" inaccuracy applied. 

So, while the debate is still ongoing on whether or not that was enough nerfs for Neon, she is still a prominent pick. We still see her pretty often in both ranked and high level gameplay. 

Hidden Neon Buff

This is not exactly a buff, it is a way to animation cancel. What animation cancel is to be able to overcome the "animation" that usually adds a bit of time. 

So for example, if you're pulling your weapon out after a slide, there is definitely an animation that you can notice. With this one setting, you can overcome that and instantly get your weapon to start shooting.

By changing the setting of your primary weapon, you can see that it's much faster to pick up your weapon and start shooting. It might be less than a second of a difference but in tough situations and especially in high ranked matches, this is a game changer.

Of course, this has to get patched at some point, but as of now, feel free to try it.
