According to The Game Post, recent postings on Riot’s official careers page revealed positions for an Associate Art Director, 3D Character Art on an “unpublished R&D product.” The description reportedly emphasized:

• Experience creating characters for the FPS genre.

• Familiarity with the Valorant IP.

• Work on stylized games using engines like Unreal or Unity.

• Capability to develop character art styles and aesthetics for humans, creatures, props, and clothing.

These details strongly suggest the creation of entirely new characters, possibly for a standalone Valorant experience rather than an expansion of the existing game.

The listing has since been altered to remove references to Valorant and FPS, which further fuels speculation about the project’s secrecy.

Adding to the intrigue, screenshots have surfaced online showing a potential new title referred to as “Project T.” The images, shared by the X user SargeOP and attributed to PlayerIGN, appear to depict an early build of the game.

The blurry screenshot showcases a character in a red and blue outfit wielding a customized assault rifle.

The game’s UI includes health, armor, and weapon indicators, consistent with traditional FPS designs. Reports also claim that Project T will feature seasonal content and personal quarters progression, hinting at a deeper player-driven experience.
