Best Landing Spots On Warzone 2 Al Mazrah Map
Similar to how Verdansk was to the original Warzone, Al-Mazrah is the same for its sequel. This is a relatively new map, a city based in the fictional Republic of Adal in Western Asia, and is divided into six sectors.
These sectors are further subdivided into many points of interest where players can drop, allowing them to find hidden caches, loot, and some useful weapons. All of these sectors are different in size, which makes the map rather versatile, with locations featuring industrial areas, urban areas, and a lot more.
This means that some of these areas are full of enough loot (both ground and from crates) to send your opponents to the Gulag. With that being said, the following is a complete breakdown of some of the best landing spots on Al-Mazrah in Warzone 2, so check it out!
Best Landing Spots On Al Mazrah In Warzone 2
Al Mazrah has 18 notable points of interest in Warzone 2. There are some POIs that are a lot more open-spaced whereas the others are mostly enclosed. Dissimilar to other Battle Royale games, the plane’s path does not matter much in Warzone as players can easily cover a long distance with some parachute maneuvering.
As it was stated earlier, all of these locations have different sizes and terrains with an aim to make matches even more exciting. So, after keeping that in mind, the following are some of the best landing spots on Al Mazrah in Warzone 2:
Located in the northwestern part of Al Mazrah, Rohaan Oil is way more open as compared to the other locations featured in this list. This place can turn out to be a pretty good starting point for players to collect loot and prepare for the mid and end games.
Although it is possible to find good loot, players should also expect that the enemy teams would be easily able to spot them and vice versa. A Stronghold can also be found in this location and if cleared successfully, players can easily get their hands on the best Warzone 2 loadout.
Akhdar Village can be found in the southeastern part of the Al Mazrah map. This location is quite dense, meaning that players will have a strong possibility of getting good tools as well as weapons straight from the beginning.
As it is one of the densest locations, you should expect to run into numerous enemies who might have dropped there, especially if the place is starting its journey from the South. Here, the combat is going to be intense and if you are looking to warm up with some early-game kills, then the Akhdar Village might just be what you are looking for.
Moving on from the Akhdar Village, we will not land in the middle of the map and the third-best landing spot, i.e., Hydroelectric. A river separates this location into two parts with nearly an equal number of buildings on either side.
Players will have a few options to consider after landing in this location. Their options are that they play for late game, or get good loot and move to a different location for kills. As it is located right in the center, you can expect enemies to push from every side of the map as the split circles come into play.
Next up, we have the Sawah Village which is among some of the top landing spots on this list. The majority of this location is under the water and movement here is not as quick as compared to the other locations that are mentioned above.
Players might find it a little difficult to spot their enemies in the Sawah Village, but plenty of loot is available here. If you are lucky, your team might even go unnoticed and fight for the late games from here only.
Al Mazrah City
Last but not least, we have Al Mazrah city which is the heart of the map another great option to land in Warzone 2. The City is the largest location in Al Mazrah and is located in the northeastern part of the map.
As it is a metro region, plenty of structures are available which means that players have the chance to get the best loot from here. Many Orange Supply Boxes are present in this part of the city and will give you enough cash to purchase loadout weapons and other tools and equipment.
