The popularity of Valorant continues to soar, despite the fact that it is a relatively new game with a large number of competing for hero-shooter titles to contend with. Infatuations with the broad and colorful array of Agents have begun to develop among the more ardent fans, causing many players to speculate as to who is actually behind the vocal lines of each individual character.


Voice actors are an essential element of video games, and in titles such as VALORANT, they are the ones that give each hero his or her own distinct personality. The voice actors behind VALORANT have done an incredible job bringing the heroes to life, and we wanted to take a closer look at the people that made this possible.

You may be asking who the Announcer is in Valorant, as technically, they aren't a character. However, the Announcer is the one giving important callouts throughout your matches and announcing your defeat or triumph. Brimstone, the pack's leader, is an American veteran voiced by the renowned Steve Blum. Steve Blum is no new to the voice acting or video game industries, having participated in a variety of projects prior to Valorant.

Viper is an American agent specializing in toxins, and Ashly Burch provides her dramatic voice lines. Ashly is no new to voice acting, having established himself as one of the industry's most prolific voice performers over the last decade.
 
Ashly currently voices Tiny Tina in the Borderlands series and will also do so in the upcoming title Tiny Tina's Wonderlands. Additionally, she has appeared in Fortnite, Horizon Zero Dawn, and Saints Row.

Faye Mata, a German voice actress, provides the voice of Killjoy. After all, she is also the voice behind Lulu, a League of Legends champion, so she doesn't appear to be a stranger to Riot productions. The ultimate intel operative hailing from Morocco, Cypher is voiced by Nabil Elouahabi. Elouahabi is a British-Moroccan actor who’s been acting for well over two decades. His breakthrough came in 2003, landing a role in the iconic and long-running British soap opera EastEnders, where he played Tariq Larousi for two years, appearing in 165 episodes. Outside of several other film and television roles, Elouahabi voiced multiple characters in Dragon Age: Inquisition.

Originally from Russia, Aaron Vodovoz was born in the United Kingdom but grew up with a British mother and Russian father. Aaron, a veteran actor with over two decades of experience, made his video game debut in Valorant. The King's Man, Killing Eve, and Messiah were among his most notable film roles. More recently, the actor has appeared in Grand Theft Auto V and Cyberpunk 2077, in which he voices Sombra, as well as other games. Astra is voiced by Effie Nkrumah, a Ghanaian-Australian performer, and it's obvious to see that Nkrumah was perfect for the task. Her work in poetry, dance, and more routinely confronts Ghanaian culture, racial conceptions, and diaspora. It makes it fitting that a strong Agent such as Astra would have an important, creative Ghanaian woman behind her!

The suppressive robot agent known as KAY/O is voiced by Gabe Kunda. Kunda is a Texas-born actor and voice actor with credits in several popular anime titles, like My Hero Academia, Attack on Titan, One Piece, Fairy Tail, and others. Chamber Voice Actor - Hugo Pierre Martin

He’s an accomplished actor who’s appeared in shows such as Westworld and I Am The Night, as well as films such as Glass. Selin Çuhadaroğlu (Cuhadaroglu) is the voice of Fade, the new Valorant Turkish Agent.

Selins's interest in acting dates back to when she was young and participating in plays with friends while also enjoying photography as another hobby outside of work.

She is known for her work on the shows Akinci, Let's Kick It, and Further Instructions.
