GTA 6 Gameplay and Map COMPLETELY LEAKED!

Several GTA 6 gameplay clips and map images have appeared online, showing possible new features involving combat, vehicles, sports, police searches, and character interactions.
Rockstar Games has not confirmed that the footage is real. However, reports that the company has started removing the leaks through copyright claims have made many fans believe they are legitimate.
New Vehicle Features Appear
In one clip, Jason picks up a wrench and attacks an NPC several times. This gives him a two-star Wanted level, while the screen shows space for up to six stars.
Jason then returns to his car, where two options appear near the back of the vehicle. These are “Loadout” and “Storage,” with the storage listed as 0/4.
This may mean players can keep weapons and other items inside their vehicles. It could work in a similar way to the horse storage system in Red Dead Redemption 2.
A fuel gauge is also visible on the screen, suggesting that players may need to manage fuel in GTA 6.
Jason escapes by crashing into an ambulance and driving toward a helicopter before the clip ends.
Jason Can Play Basketball
Another short clip shows Jason standing near the railing of the house seen at the start of GTA 6’s second trailer.
He jumps into the driveway, where a boat previously shown by Rockstar can also be seen. Jason then picks up a basketball, and an instruction appears on the screen.
“To shoot, aim and hold until the rings overlap, then release,” it reads.
Jason makes the shot, and a Focus stat appears before increasing by 2%. The clip ends after the basketball lands in the nearby water.
The footage suggests that basketball could be one of several activities available across the game’s open world.
Leaked Map Images Show New Locations
Images said to be from the GTA 6 map have also appeared online.
The images include several named areas, such as Dalton Island, Tequesta Retreat, Gloriana Key, Catalan Key, and Catalan Bay.
It is still unclear how large these locations are or where they are placed on the full map.
GTA 6 May Offer New Ways to Steal Cars
More footage appeared on August 19, showing Jason driving into a warehouse area at night.
When he approaches an NPC’s car, the game gives him two options. He can smash the window or “clone key.”
The second option suggests that GTA 6 may allow players to steal vehicles in quieter and more careful ways instead of always breaking windows.
Jason later fights a security guard, takes his Taser, and performs a slow-motion pistol whip. He can also pick up and wear the guard’s hat.
The clip ends with Jason stealing a truck as a “Crime Reported” message appears on the screen.
Jason and Cal Appear Together
Another leaked scene shows Jason with Cal, who appears to be the same character seen drinking with him on a boat in an official trailer.
During the scene, Cal makes a joke about using a VPN. Some fans believe this may have been included by the leaker as a joke about hiding their identity online.
Police Can Track Your Appearance
Another gameplay video shows Jason attacking a police officer with a knife and stealing his motorcycle. Other officers chase him, but he escapes with a two-star Wanted level.
Later, Jason finds a group of NPCs under an overpass. A message warns the player that police have his description and are searching for him.
Icons suggest that the police can remember a suspect’s vehicle, clothing, and physical appearance. This could make escaping more difficult, as players may need to change clothes or switch vehicles to avoid being recognized.
Jason takes damage during the fight and uses what appears to be a pain medicine called Zombix.
A warning then appears, saying that using Zombix repeatedly will temporarily make it less effective. This suggests that healing items may become weaker when used too often.
Combat and Looting Look Similar to Red Dead Redemption 2
The leaked gameplay includes several weapons, such as a hunting knife and a switchblade.
It also appears to show a looting system similar to Red Dead Redemption 2, along with more ways to speak to and interact with NPCs.
These details suggest that Rockstar may be bringing some of Red Dead Redemption 2’s deeper systems into GTA 6.
Leaks Show Planes and Vice City
The leaks continued on August 20 with footage of a player flying across Leonida in a blue and yellow plane.
The flight offers another view of downtown Vice City and what appears to be a prison.
A separate moment shows Jason firing a rifle at a wall to spell “LEEK,” which appears to be another message from the leaker known as Cyberleek.
GTA 6 Radio Stations May Have Leaked
One of the clips also shows the radio selection wheel that players can use while driving.
Songs heard in the footage reportedly include “Rhinestone Cowboy,” “For What It’s Worth” by Stevie Nicks, and “Overpowered” by Róisín Murphy.
The stations shown include:
- Dirty South Classic
- Circo Loco Records Radio
- V-ROCK
- Back Country Radio
- Symphony FM
- Stockyard FM
- DN U
- Emotion
It is possible that some station names or songs could change before the game is released.
Rockstar Has Not Confirmed the Leaks
Rockstar has not publicly confirmed whether the gameplay clips or map images are real.
However, the company has reportedly started sending copyright claims against the leaked material.
This has led many fans to believe that at least some of the footage is genuine.
These are among the largest GTA 6 leaks since Rockstar’s network was attacked in 2022, leading to dozens of early development videos appearing online.
Cyberleek says the leaks are a protest against Rockstar’s decision to release GTA 6 as a digital-only game. The leaker has also claimed that more footage will be shared.
Footage May Be More Than a Year Old
The timing of the leaks is important because Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look will premiere on Netflix on August 27 at 3 PM ET.
It will then arrive on Rockstar’s YouTube channel and website six hours later.
The leaked videos do not include dates, but insider NateTheHate claims that some of the footage is more than a year old. If true, the final game may look different.
Some newer footage reportedly includes “Sports Car” by Tate McRae, which was released in 2025.
Rockstar has not said exactly what its Netflix presentation will show, but fans expect the first major official look at GTA 6 gameplay.
