VALORANT Omen Smokes on Fracture - Best Smokes and Strategies

Omen stands an important position in the VALORANT agent pool being one of the most consistent picks across all maps.

Playing a controller agent is rather simple, but there are certain tips and setups that can elevate your gameplay to the next level. Following this Omen guide will turn you into a nightmare on the map Fracture that your enemies will despise!

Setups - Attack

Attacking on Fracture is the most important side. You have 2 sites but as well unlimited ways to wrap around them. With no proper setup, it’ll be hard for you to break through the defense lines. As a controller, you play the biggest role in assessing the site execute, and here’s how you can bring the best out of it

A Default

Starting with an A classic, smoke CT and Dish then blind site and push it

A Sand

Another way to go about it is by smoking rope on sand so your teammates can take that space more easily. Then smoke CT and make sure you account for the missing smoke on Dish, as there might be somebody peeking. After that normally blind site and go in!

A Dish

If you’re pushing through make sure you smoke both sand and CT while accounting for both site and main. Blind site and make sure you completely clear A main!

B Default

When attacking B smoke Canteen and CT then blind site or green boxes and push through.

B Control

An alternative way to push B site is by smoking Tower and CT then blinding canteen and possibly taking control of it. This is meant to be used when you’re looking to not take towers in fear of judges or to clear it late in the round.

B Arcade

If you’re planning to take site through Arcade, here’s a menacing way to do so. Smoke tower-arcade and CT then blind and have your duelist or initiator rush into that and possibly use more utility. Your push will be unstoppable!

Setups - Defense

Defense is crucial as attackers may have an advantage over you if you get easily overwhelmed. But with these setups, attackers won’t catch a break of your utility!

B Hold

Defending B is straight forward. Have a smoke Arace and B main, but don’t blind. Make sure you have your blind prepared while sitting behind the green boxes, when enemies push out throw it and peek. It’s an easy way to guarantee free kills!

A Default

To defend A all you need to do is secure Sand and A Main.

A Sand Control

If you do not have a player watching over dish and you think it’s more valuable to smoke it off, that’s a good way to do so.

A Aggressive

And if you know enemies play for A main all the time, you can stack it up with utility and players by just deep smoking it and holding it down.
